Variation dalte waqt control kyun chala jata hai? (Real reason + Simple fix)
Sach bolun? Ye problem almost har spinner ke saath hoti hai.
Practice mein sab perfect lagta hai… har ball spot pe girti hai. Par match mein jaate hi scene badal jata hai:
- Ya toh ball short ho jati hai.
- Ya full toss nikal jata hai.
- Ya batsman easily read karke chakka maar deta hai.

Aur wahin se sara confidence down! Maine apne coaching career mein bahut players ko is phase se guzarte dekha hai.
Asli problem kaha hai?
Most players ko lagta hai ki unki variation (Googly, Carrom ball, ya Arm ball) weak hai. Par reality kuch aur hai…
Problem variation nahi, balki tera “Rhythm aur Energy” ka break hona hai.
Jab tu variation try karta hai, toh sub-consciously ye galtiyan hoti hain:
- Run-up halka sa change ho jata hai.
- Arm speed ya toh bahut fast ho jati hai ya darr ke maare slow.
- Body alignment halka sa hil jata hai.
- Wrist last moment pe stable nahi rehti.
Bas! Itne se hi control chala jata hai.
Ek simple rule jo sab change kar dega
Main apne har player ko ek hi line bolta hoon:
“Same Run-up + Same Energy = Total Control”
Agar tu sirf ye ek cheez fix kar de, toh teri 50% problem wahin solve ho jayegi.
Practice ke baad khud se ye 4 sawal pooch
Har session ke baad honestly khud ko analyze kar:
- Kya mera run-up har ball pe same tha?
- Kya variation dalte waqt mera action change ho raha tha?
- Meri loose ball kab aayi — jab meri energy drop hui?
- Kya batsman mujhe read kar pa raha tha?
Agar tu sachai se answer karega, toh tujhe kisi coach ki zaroorat nahi padegi, tu khud apna guru ban jayega.
7-Day Practice Plan (Simple aur Effective)
Main tujhe koi complicated drills nahi dunga. Bas ye plan follow kar:
Day 1–2: Rhythm Fix Kar
Pehle do din thoda boring lagenge, par base yahi hai.
- Sirf Run-up practice kar (without bowling).
- Fir normal bowling kar (No Variations).
- Focus: Same speed, same rhythm, same energy.
Day 3–4: Same Action, Different Ball
Ab thoda variation add kar:
- Good length target kar.
- 1 over mein sirf 1 ya 2 variations.
Condition: Tera action change nahi hona chahiye. Agar action hila, toh variation band!
Day 5: Pressure Feel Create Kar
Ab actual batsman ke saath bowling kar:
- Proper plan bana: 4 normal balls + 2 variations.
- Random bowling bilkul band.
Day 6–7: Match Mindset
- Over start strong kar (Safe bowling).
- Beech mein variation se surprise kar.
Sabse Important: Pehle decide kar kya dalna hai, last moment pe mind change mat kar.
Ek Chhota sa Challenge
Agli baar jab net pe jaye, toh ye try kar:
- 1 Over = Minimum 4 Dot Balls.
- Agar tune ek bhi loose ball phenki, toh pura over repeat hoga.
Ye tough hai, par yahi tujhe match-winner banayega.
Last Baat…
Variation se wickets milte hain, par control se matches jite jaate hain.
Agar tu Same Run-up, Same Energy, aur Same Action maintain karega… toh teri wahi purani variation itni lethal ho jayegi ki batsman dekhta reh jayega.
