10 ball daal → analyse kar → next 10 better kar

Ek clear target le (off stump ya 4th stump)

Sirf ek kaam: ball execute kar

Day 1
10 yard se baithkar bowling kar
Body open rakh
Same jagah se arm rotation kar
30 min
Focus: wrist control
Day 2
15 yard se baithkar bowling
25 min + break + 25 min (18 yard)
Focus: wrist + fingers
Day 3
22 yard se bowling
25 min + break + 25 min (standing, no run-up)
Focus: balance aur arm rotation
Day 4
2 step run-up se bowling
phir full run-up
Focus: same action, arm speed same
