Yeh main kisi book se nahi bol raha — yeh mera khud ka experience hai.
Main yeh baat bilkul simple shabdon me kehna chahta hoon,
taaki 7–8 saal ka bachcha bhi samajh sake.
Mental toughness koi talent nahi hoti.
Yeh roz ke kaam se banti hai.

Kabhi routine follow karte hain, kabhi skip.
Phir jab result nahi aata, toh bolte hain:

- Bas six maarne lag jaate hain
- Koi target nahi
- Koi plan nahi
Fir kehte hain:
> “Result kyun nahi aa raha?”

Strong thinking bas itni hoti hai:

Roz practice karta tha.
Par sach yeh hai:
6 mahine tak ek bhi six match me nahi gaya
Us saal mujhe koi result nahi mila
Par maine routine chhoda nahi.
Practice karta raha.
Patience rakha.
Aur jab dusra saal shuru hua,
tab dheere-dheere
mere six naturally nikalne lage.
Tab mujhe samajh aaya:
Routine slow hota hai,par strong hota hai.

Cricket bilkul school jaisa hai.
Roz homework karoge → strong banoge
Kabhi-kabhi karoge → confuse rahoge
Roz aana,
roz try karna,
roz thoda better banna —
yahi mental toughness hai.

Mental toughness ka matlab yeh nahi
ki tum kabhi thako hi nahi.
Mental toughness ka matlab hai:
