Pressure ability ko nahi, attention ko test karta hai

Log aksar pressure ko stress samajh lete hain.
Par main apne experience se ek baat keh sakta hoon —

Pressure ka matlab stress nahi hota.
Pressure ka matlab hota hai: challenge.

Aur jab mujhe pressure aata hai,
toh main khush hota hoon.
Kyuki mujhe pata hota hai —
yahin se improvement start hota hai.


Pressure Asal Me Kya Test Karta Hai?

Pressure aapki ability ko test nahi karta.
Aapko aata hai ya nahi —
yeh practice decide karti hai.

Pressure test karta hai sirf ek cheez:
👉 aapka attention kahaan hai.


Pressure Aate Hi Dimag Kahan Bhaagta Hai

Jab pressure aata hai,
dimag cricket me kam aur baaki cheezon me zyada chala jaata hai.

Soch aane lagti hai:

  • Baaki players kya bolenge?
  • Jiske jagah main khel raha hoon, wo kya sochega?
  • Captain mere baare me kya sochega?
  • Scoreboard kya dikha raha hai?
  • Selection ka kya hoga?
  • Log kya kahenge?
  • Last match ka failure…

Aur jaise hi attention idhar-udhar gayi,
performance gir jaati hai.

Skill wahi rehta hai,
par mind match ke bahar chala jaata hai.


Mentally Strong Player Kya Alag Karta Hai?

Mentally strong player pressure ko feel karta hai,
par usme beh nahi jaata.

Wo khud se ek simple kaam karta hai: 👉 attention ko wapas laata hai.

Wo sirf un cheezon par focus karta hai
jo uske control me hoti hain.


Bowler Ke Liye Attention Rule

Agar run pad gaye:

  • Overthink nahi
  • Reaction nahi

Sirf yeh soch: “Line aur length.”

Bas itna hi.

Agla ball wahi jagah.
Process repeat.


Batsman Ke Liye Attention Rule

Agar dot ball ho gayi:

  • Scoreboard mat dekho
  • Logon ki awaaz mat suno

Sirf yeh soch: “Balance strong hai ya nahi?”
“Ball ko clearly dekh pa raha hoon ya nahi?”

Attention wapas aaya,
toh shots apne aap nikalte hain.


Mental Toughness Ka Asli Matlab

Mental toughness ka matlab yeh nahi
ki pressure aaye hi na.

Mental toughness ka matlab hai:

Pressure aane par attention ko wapas present moment me laana.

Har ball pe.
Har moment me.


Mera Personal Realisation

Jis din maine yeh samjha
ki pressure mera dushman nahi hai,
balki mera attention test hai —

us din se game change ho gaya.

Pressure aata hai toh main ghabrata nahi.
Main bas check karta hoon: “Mera focus kahaan hai?”

Agar pressure me performance gir rahi hai, toh shayad problem skill me nahi, attention me hai.

Yaad rakho:

Pressure = Attention Test.
Ability nahi badalti,
sirf focus badalta hai.

Aur jo player
apna attention wapas laana seekh leta hai,
