performance skill se zyada mind par depend karta hai.

 

Hum aksar bol dete hain:

“Us din mera din kharab tha.”

 

Par sach yeh hai —

din kharab nahi hota, thinking kharab ho jaati hai.

Practice me aap cover drive maar rahe ho.

Timing perfect. Balance solid.

 

Match me wahi ball aati hai…

par dimag bolta hai:

“Slip khada hai… out ho gaya toh?”

 

Bas yahin se game badalta hai.

Ball same hai, skill same hai,

par mind alag jagah chala gaya.

Mental toughness ka matlab yeh nahi hota

ki aap emotion feel hi na karo.

 

Mental toughness ka matlab hai:

dimag ko present moment me laana.

Practice Aur Match Ke Beech Ka Gap

 

Maine yeh cheez baar-baar dekhi hai —

aur khud bhi feel ki hai.

Hum poora week skill pe practice karte hain.

Lagta hai preparation complete ho gayi.

 

Practice me ball acchi gir rahi hoti hai.

Rhythm banta hai. Confidence aata hai.

 

Par match me jaate hi —

first ball short gir jaati hai.

Nahi.

Problem yeh hoti hai ki

Skill Tab Kaam Karta Hai Jab Mind Clear Ho

 

Skill aapko practice se milta hai.

Par match me skill ko nikalne ka kaam

mind karta hai.

 

Agar mind future me chala gaya —

Aaj mujhe present rehna hai

Ek execution.

 

Isse zyada kuch nahi.

par performance match me nahi aa rahi,

 

toh problem haath me nahi,

dimag me ho sakti hai.
